The City of Malmö trains HR-personnel

in Coaching Supervision

Two districts in the City of Malmö will in December initiate a project for their HR-personnel. The main objective of the project is to train the HR-personnel in Coaching Supervision and it will run for about six months.

The two districts will train all of their HR-personnel in Professional Coaching and mostly in Coaching Supervision, since this method is very well suited for persons working in the human resources field.
